St. Philomena's School Fees 2007-2008
St. Philomena's School fees are set each year by the Board of Governors.

Fees currently include tuition, test and exercise books. Swimming tuition and extra-curricular activities are included. Personal accident insurance is also included.
Essex Nursery Education Funding/Grant:
Three and four year olds are eligible for the Essex Nursery Education funding/grant up to and including the term in which they are five.
Optional Extra Subjects:
There are modest charges for musical instruction tuition. These vary according to the instrument and length of session. Pupils are expected to purchase their own musical instruments although there are a number available to hire from the school.
Extras:
Educational trips involving outside transport and entry fees are payable at cost prior to the visit.
Registration Fee:
A fee of £80 is charged to register each child to ensure a place is available. For siblings, the charge is £40. It is not refundable.
Deposit:
On acceptance of a place, £400 is charged, of which £200 is offset against the first term’s fees. The other £200 is fully refundable when the child leaves the school.
Payment of Fees:
Fees are payable by the first day of each term. The school offers a monthly payment scheme for parents’ convenience.
Discounts:
Parents/Guardians with four children or more at the school are eligible for a 25% discount.
